Three of the members of O’Neil, Parker & Williamson, PLLC, are Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 approved civil mediators: Frank Q. Vettori, William A. Young and Howard H. Vogel. Mr. Vogel has a proven record for effectively assisting in finding solutions in difficult and complex disputes. He is a member and past president of the International Academy of Mediators. He is also a member of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators; The Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators; The Tennessee Academy of Mediators and Arbitrators; and The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He has mediated over 1,900 civil disputes.
Mr. Young is a member of The Tennessee Academy of Mediators and Arbitrators and The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He has mediated hundreds of disputes.
