Three of the members of O’Neil, Parker & Williamson, PLLC, are Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 approved civil mediators: Daniel M. Gass, Frank Q. Vettori and Howard H. Vogel. Their experience in dispute resolution spans many types of legal circumstances and disputes involving personal injury; medical, legal and other types of malpractice and professional liability; wrongful death; business dissolutions; contract disputes; ERISA; insurance; civil rights; probate and estate; intellectual property; securities and accounting disputes.
Daniel M. Gass is admitted to the U.S. District Court for East Tennessee and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals as well as all levels of state courts.
He is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 approved civil mediator.
Has served as the president of the Barristers Club of the Knoxville Bar Association and also served as a member of the Knoxville Bar Association Board of Governors.
Frank Q. Vettori has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts during his 49 years of trial practice including in the areas of civil rights, workers’ compensation, automobile accidents, products liability, construction law, employment and insurance coverage, as well as trucking and transportation issues and has considerable appellate experience of approximately 45 cases in the appellate courts of Tennessee [Court of Appeals and Supreme Court] and in the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio.
He is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 approved civil mediator.
Mr. Vogel has a proven record for effectively assisting in finding solutions in difficult and complex disputes. He is a member and past president of the International Academy of Mediators. He is also a member of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators; The Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators; The Tennessee Academy of Mediators and Arbitrators; and The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He has mediated over 1,900 civil disputes.
The firm is located in The SunTrust Building at Gleason Drive and Morrell Road in West Knoxville and has dedicated a significant portion of the office space as conference facilities to include four spacious and comfortable conference rooms, as well as, two smaller meeting rooms. The location is designed for use in dispute resolution proceedings. This location allows for convenience of accessible free parking.
